  Pour ma dernière soirée à Biaritzz, j'ai décidé de dîner avec moi-même au El Callejon. Au téléphone, malgré le restaurant complet, le patron me propose de me présenter devant l'établissement et que d'ici mon arrivée il m'aura trouvé une solution.
  J'arrive à l'heure convenue, … More je suis alors installé au bout du bar (très bon dépannage). À partir d'ici la magie opére, une ambiance très chaleureuse dans un cadre de bistro Basque-Espagnole. Les plats sont servis rapidement, ces derniers sont d'une grande qualité et absolument délicieux. Pour moi, cochon de lait basse température et crème brûlée : exquis... À la fin du cochon, le patron installe un de ses amis près de moi, ce sera mon comparse pour la soirée !

  The welcome is very warm in a beautiful setting and a friendly atmosphere. We were able to exchange and discuss with the waiters, the owner and the ... More the chef. All of them are adorable, attentive and willing to do anything to make sure that the customer has a good time.
  We went back a second time during our stay.
  We highly recommend this place which will remain an excellent memory.
